Rules & Regulations

The process of developing and amending District regulations is achieved through the Rule Development Program. Program workload responsibilities are currently allocated between the Engineering and Planning Divisions. Through this program the Divisions detail the development of proposed regulations, prepare notification formalities, provide presentations at workshops and the District Advisory Committee, and participate in public hearings and District Board of Directors meetings.
